Cancellation Policy
At Naomi & Co., your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect
our time and our artists by reviewing the following policy.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service
total.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled
service total. Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service.
